At Global Garments Stock, we are committed to providing reliable and timely shipping services to our customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed with us.

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed after payment confirmation and completion of necessary documentation.
• Processing time may vary depending on order size, product availability, and special requirements.
• For ready-to-ship stock lots, orders are typically processed within 10–15 business days.

We offer both domestic and international shipping through trusted logistics partners. Shipping methods include:

• Sea Freight (FCL & LCL): Recommended for large bulk orders.
• Air Freight: For urgent and smaller shipments.
• Courier Services: For samples or small packages (where applicable).

The method of shipping will be discussed and agreed upon with the buyer before dispatch.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipment volume/weight, and chosen shipping method.
• Unless otherwise agreed, buyers are responsible for all shipping, freight, customs duties, and taxes in their respective countries.
• We may assist buyers in obtaining competitive freight rates through our logistics partners.

• Domestic Deliveries (within Bangladesh): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International Deliveries: 2–6 weeks depending on destination, shipping method, and customs clearance.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, port congestion, or unforeseen events.

• Buyers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations, customs clearance, and any applicable duties/taxes.
• Global Garments Stock is not liable for delays or costs arising from customs inspections or import restrictions.

• A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
• For sea freight shipments, Bill of Lading (B/L) details will be shared with the buyer.

• All goods are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Buyers are encouraged to arrange cargo insurance for added protection. Insurance can also be arranged through us upon request.

• In case of visible damage or shortage upon delivery, the buyer must notify the carrier immediately and inform us within 48 hours.
• We will assist in filing claims with the carrier or insurance provider, but responsibility for claims lies with the buyer.

• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping, import, and customs documentation as required by their country.

• Global Garments Stock shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or port congestion.
